MINIMUM LVL 30 to even think about getting the LIBRARY just get the library.. it will help you level faster...lolol you forgot to mention how high a level you have to be to even get the library in the first place... -you need memory level 8 which you gain from using a skill that isn't physical or the memory skill itself im currently lvl23 and my memory skill is like level 3 i want to say...im not sure tho -you also need restspace lvl 3 which needs lvl 3 skier which you need to be lvl28 min also lvl 3 generator -lvl3 generator needs lvl 3 mechanic which is lvl 30 so to get the library .. you will need to be at the very least lvl 30 for third lvl mechanic

I’ll save everyone 3:48 of their time. Tasks. Are. The. Fastest. Way. To. Level. Wanna get the library at level 30? Go for it. It’ll help a a good bit in the 37-40 grind but regardless, you gotta do tasks.

Achilles Heel I did watch the video. And every video that talks about leveling says the best way to level is tasks. As I said, saving people time and telling them it’s tasking.
