heavy on anger hurts nobody but you! my anger was so bad growing up. i was very bitter and quick to snap on people or wanna fight. as i got older and started to really tap into my spiritual journey and getting to know my inner self i learned to vocalize my emotions to those who have hurt me because people will really do you wrong and sleep peacefully at night while you’re up pissed off. meditation also helped calm me down. it’s okay to feel some type of way but don’t hold onto it forever. take the time you need, deal with it and move on

Really enjoyed this transparency Tae. I struggle a lot w forgiving ppl who hurt me (typical cancer) which I think turns to anger w them or resentment. One of my goals is to let go after being hurt and not thinking about the past no matter how hurtful the situation was. Glad to know I am not the only one struggling in this area
