You can obtain it Randomly while SpellBinding like at any second. Just like Yerny! But note that you cannot obtain Yerny anymore.

It's not that 😅 Whoever had Yerny Pet the "Tailoring" pet before the update will keep it. And my lv.1 SpellBinding was already before. Whoever had max lvl tailoring before will now have max lvl in SpellBinding too.
