If I create a two way player should I have two profiles and then switch them depending on whether I am pitching or hitting? I don’t like that I magically become a worse hitter just because I am on the mound.

Not necessarily. You still keep your high stats while on the mound but you can do a loadout with only hitting perks

Im max on bronze tasks and rewards. Im at 100/100. But im stuck it wont put me on silver. Is it glitched?

You have to open the pack that has it

I really dislike the fact that you get to the majors so early on in your career now 18 years old already in MLB I noticed this year you don't even get to make the AA or AAA all star team you're just fast tracked to the MLB

It’s quite literally better this way. Baseball is the only sport where ROOKIES rot in the minors even after getting drafted, instead of actually playing in the Majors. MLB’s Rookie scouting and handling system is horrible. No great prospect should ever rot in the minors. They SHOULD be in the Majors as soon as possible. Unless you flop and choke
