I love this. I'm a Natural Movement coach and my neighbor is a Strongman. We're alway blown away at the number of principles that overlap with our strength methods 🙏🙏🙏

Curious if there are blueprints or a website where I can purchase that platform set up? I love how it's interchangeable!

Have been on bags for a couple of years and keep sneaking to stone videos when they aren't looking. Pretty sure am about to start cheating on the bags and bring a stone home. Good stuff, like the short and to the point vids.

My first instinctis to make the ogre's version of marbleworks to lift the stone into and roll it along so it drops safely, maybe through tires as hoops or something, and rolls back down, like the pool balls under a pool table where the holes are connected.

When you lift the stone off of the ground, shouldn't you have your back arched to help engage your back muscles and Gluteus maximus more like in a deadlift?
@bryonmaxwell98825 жыл бұрын
Kirsten Jacobsdottir not so much because your bringing it to your quads to reset arm position before powering up

You have to lift stones with a rounded back

reminds me of the motorcycle guys from south park or people who think electric cars aren't cool because they don't make obnoxious noises when they totally destroy dinosaur powered cars. dont get me wrong, respect to you but LOL the dropping of the stone to turn heads in the gym is the funnest part to theses guys and they know it but wouldnt admit it :P
@jesse94976 жыл бұрын
If you lowered it to the ground then you would more than likely injure yourself, can you imagine trying to lower it and crushing a finger?

I can imagine turning my foot into a hash patty by accidentally dropping the stone from full height onto it, but I get your points
