Whenever he says "I hope this film has been useful to you" I always mute the part where he says "I hope" because Matthew Rosen's videos are always useful.

Great video as usual. What are those towers with the counterweights? Who makes them?

Cool solution for getting up that grid without touching the walls. Do you often shoot with no diffusion? It looks great! Do you have an stills of wide shots to share and still from the following close up? Are you adding diffision to the close and medium shots? I loved to se an episode on that. How much you could modify youre lights between wide medium and closeup.

This movie was designed to look like a movie shot in 1938 so I did not use any diffusion on this film. and very few soft lights. but I use all sorts of tools usually.

Great tip, and the results speak for themselves. Are these towers a DIY solution? Never seen these in a rental house. Thank you.
@kinetek28814 жыл бұрын
Yes, they are DIY. A standard truss can also be used. www.amazon.com/Lighting-Aluminum-Trussing-Diameter-Fitment/dp/B07DR8CHZ7

Great tutorial, but trying to search a "Kinetek Tower and Waffle Kit" is fruitless. And I live in L.A.
