Great fun video. Did you have to re-stoke the wood often into the oven to maintain that temp?

So sorry for the delay replying! Yes the wood burners in any of the small pizza ovens are very hungry and require a lot of management!

Out of curiosity, how do you clean the inside of the burner?

We don’t clean the burner! I would check your manual if this is something you’d like to do
