@@saqihussaini423 nobody would do it. Found a guy to sand and seal. I had to bleach. Took 3 sessions of bleaching for my result. Each time had to wait a day to dry. Its faster and cheaper to throw it out and place engineered flooring in. Anyone who says they can do it will be taking a gamble. Nobody does it. It's not worth the cost.
