How to link a user account to a business account in the CARM Client Portal

Maybe an updated video is necessary. The 2 questions at 2:32 have changed now. And as hard as I try, I can not get it to work. I mean a question like. Provide an exact amount of payment that has been applied to your account since 2018-11-01? Without having to go back through 7 years of paperwork, add up all the CBSA receipts, and hope I don't mis ad them. I mean seriously? Balance of Statement Account going back to 2018-11-01? Well since I pay it every time I cross the border, the balance should be 0, however if you select that question as an option, 0 is not a valid answer

Hi there, I’m having the same challenges like you mentioned, going back through 7 years of paper work is impossible, can you please advise if you found an easier way to register? It’s been 11 days since you posted your comment so hopefully you figured it out, thank you for your help

@@khaledelmawardy I gave up and took an old B3 to the border in the hopes they could help (as they told me they would do), and surprise, surprise when I got there, the CARM system was down. So they had to put me through the regular non commercial way. And have been too busy since to go and try and figure it out again. The one thing they did tell me is that the business name you enter, has to be exact to what is on file. Right down to punctuation. Do if you have an "Ltd." on the end of the name, you have to enter it, right down to the period.

I miss info how to add another business to account. After adding one company from our group, I can't add more.

Stupid video, it is impossible to get those data to verify your business.

About all you can do as an employee is request access, and then nothing happens. Crickets.Your employer will never know that you put in a request for access. Opened a support ticket to get this sorted out. What would be better is to scrap this CARM initiative because what was working before was not broken...
