like the features, setup was difficult for some of my devices (August Door lock, kzbin.infoUgkxhB5YOMNj04GuoAosExygP4cH-dKeb4aB Bose speaker)... but all switches and outlets (5), thermostat, tankless water heater. Unfortunately all I can do is turn on/off Bose. It doesn't support volume or changing channels, but I believe that is due to the particular speaker I have.... Worth getting if you already have other devices to use it with... I don't sit around and ask Alexa questions much so that doesn't really matter to me....

I have now downloaded songs from Amazon into 4 separate playlist albums and given them names but when I ask Alexa to play “Alex Country playlist” I get the reply “sorry something went wrong, please try asking again”.

Good video but how do I link a specific Amazon music profile to my Alexa show? My husband and I have different music profiles on the same Amazon account. But when I ask my Alexa to play music she plays my husband's music. He is an Amazon music unlimited member.

Thank you for your video, this is helpful. We have many Echo devices in our home. We've recently signed up for Amazon Music Unlimited in the single plan hoping to use it on our Echo speakers that we purchased two of with an Echo subwoofer to create a stereo pair / Subwoofer. What seems to be happening when we try to use the amazon music unlimited is we are continuing to get the free amazon music with ads. (We've been Prime members for years so this is quite confusing), any ideas on what we are doing wrong here? Thanks, Becky

We used to have the single plan, but we could only play music from one device. is that what is happening with you?

@@BoldsyTech , I changed to the family plan, then had to reset our devices so they would show as registered as somehow they'd stopped showing as registered. Then make a new "Group" for the two speakers and subwoofer. I've spent all day working on this and now all is working! Thank you for your video and reply to my question.

I just did the same way you said, but multi room music is not working for me. I have total 2 echo devices placed in different rooms and I need to play same music to both echo devices. But unfortunately music play on only 1 echo and other is always silent. Both echo devices are connected to same WIFI and network connectivity is strong. I tried everything, creating rooms and combining rooms in 1 group. I just don't have prime membership , Do I need that to use multi room music ???

@@BoldsyTech thanks for the reply but just found the solution. Problem- I was not using Amazon prime membership. And Amazon music was not working on my echo device because I was not subscribed for prime membership. I just subscribed and music is playing on all devices now but via Amazon music.
