Sir a question on Futures Money Flow: In the example provided the OI decreased by 100 and price increased by 10, so someone booked profit and got their money out. But say OI decreased by 100 (-ve) and price decreased by 10 (-ve) their product is +ve, why should we consider this as a positive flow? Similarly if OI increased by 100 and price decreased by 10 but their product is negative, given that OI has increased more money should have been put in the market?

Sir, if stock prices r going up, how can we differentiate & conclude long /shorts position in futures based on open interest. As increase in price with change on OI interest will either resemble long build up or short covering. Is there a condition which confirm short build up in futures with increase in spot / futures price
