Hi! Thank you for showing us this step by step video, it greatly help us on our operations. However, I'm having a difficulty on the document file format of my app. When the doc file is converted to PDF the tab name of the doc file is also included on the pdf file which ruins my file format. Is there any way I can hide the Tab Name? Thank you so much!

I followed the same steps. Initially, it worked. After some time, it did not show the files, and it required me to log out and log in. To rectify this issue, I disabled the delta sync. Now it's working fine. Thanks.

I would need to be able to attach an external PDF in a form. which appsheet will then save in a folder. now I first have to save the PDF file in the folder with a default name, provided by the form via rules, and then open google drive and copy the link and copy it into the file URL field. thanks

Thank you for video. Great help but my problem is once the file is generated, I can see the file created in Google Drive but the Link file will sometimes take minutes just to show the link. Have I done something wrong? I am following your video to link the file using Appsheet action.

I want to filter file as per the unique column like I’d . Now it is showing only updated files

ok not a big deal just _thisraw write it in a capital letter _THISRAW may be the error was : because of the video was shoot in 2022, and now there may be changes in the COMPILER of the formule in 2024.

Do you can help me with a question? When I've put the simple button the download the CSV files, I can convert that file in PDF, directly from app. That's possible? I want to download in PDF all information contained in the one primary view table. Now I can to download in CSV the same table, but I don't want the CSV file, I want the PDF file.

Hi, Yes you can send email attachment. Select send an email then down look for attachment. Sending with link might not be a good idea as you need to make the folder as public.

Not knowing what expression you used to name your PDF file as, I can only assume that it is not overwriting the original PDF file and creating a new one with a different file name. Make sure your "disable time stamp" is checked off on the automation or it'll add it to the file name as well, creating a new file every time you update.

I use concatenate to name pdf file but there is folder and subfolder after folder Files in google drive...... how to link that? or we can only name it with receipt?

Hi, As long as that subfolder same folder you added in AppSheet its fine. And the the file name matches the reference in your action expression

When I click the view receipt button it just show the details screen but noting else, only the text "no item selected" what am I doing wrong?

@@JoeTayactac you if the PDF is saved in dropbox? Yes it is, i found all the pdf's but it does not show the PDF in the app like in your video, it always says "no item selected" and I already retried everything twice and still the same...
