I can confirm I found a fix Sign into your epic games launcher or epic launcher or epic games site - click account - scroll down to apps and accounts - connect twitch from there and go through the sign in process LET ME KNOW IF THIS HAS FIXED YOUR PROBLEM

EDIT I don't receive any pop ups I figured it out myself, have no problems now. I just unlinked twitch account from epic account and linked it again after. In that day Epic servers were a bit down, probably because lot of people were trying to link twitch
