I love the term, “Living Meditation”. How I’ve interpreted Walking Meditation/Active Meditation over the years has simply been Flow State or Sage Mode. But this video has allowed to redefine my understanding. Which now is, “Living meditation is the ability to remain light-heartedly focused on your initiatives. It is the essence of flow.”

The father and I are one. Desire (goal), shit happens, the shit is an opportunity to experience a signal of emotion, emotion directs you to a feeling, the feeling uncovers a belief or hidden value, choice point reveals itself and I use my free will to either identify with the belief or let go (transcend) the belief. When I let go of the belief that no longer serves I allow for a new thought to take its place. The new thought is from truth of love, acceptance, abundance etc. (my desire) and I now see through new eyes. When I sustain and know the new vision (subjective view) it must, according to universal law, become objective-manifested. Following manifestation of desire is the realization that…. The Father and I are One and the desire that I was wanting was my Father’s all along! I AM ✨ Like I said in another comment, this video is magical. What a beautiful revelation. ✨💖✨

I started this video last week and stopped at the beginning for some unknown reason. I started listening to it this morning on the way to the gym. Walking in you start to mention how videos and people showed up with perfect timing and I start affirming how it happens to me all the time. I met an entrepreneur a few days ago selling something i was looking for....i thought I would love to cross him today....a random guy start calling to me in the parking lot. It was the same guy I wanted to cross....he started telling me how we can mutually benefit if I know anyone who would patronize his business....it was like a triple confirmation that took place🤯
