When we are consumed by our own fears, and uncertainties we feel like, we're the only one going through it. Kaya, reaching out to others and choosing the people to share it is a bliss, through that our feelings are validated into a normal feeling of people going through crisis. And by talking to them, you'll then know how to be strong and creative to find outlets and reliving the the things we have longed abandoned kasi nga we are so focus on our long term plans. Pandemic taught us also, to connect with ourselves even more. Kasi, baka in the process of building our career and ways to what is ahead we are gently losing ourselves. Lets all work out, for healthier minds and peaceful life. Im so proud of you po, kuya Kevin, keep going. And thank you Ate Abby, for having this inspiring content ❤ hoping for more. 💛💛💛
