I found you a week ago, but don't know why it took that long. Ive already purchased a template pack and will be getting more. My YT channel was predominantly coins, but now I've jumped back into gaming. At present I stream to YT and Twitch nightly around 7:30 pm EST. Would love for ya to drop by. Note that Twitch contracts often won't allow restreaming. Most other platforms are fine.

Great video! I think all streamers should restream, or try multiple platforms at the start to see where the want to hang their hats long term!

@@Drift1121 I am yet to hear any valid reasons why it is NOT a good idea. The only thing to bear in mind is if you are not growing on your current platform, you wont grow on 4. So do not expect results unless you have the content to back it up.

@LiLi LiTHiUMM Not trying to start a fight here, but i do find it hard to believe. KZbin has always been very open to their creators about the best ways to grow, if they had an anti multistream policy they would have let us know. Equally KZbin only cares about one thing, serving quality content to people who want to see it, I am not sure how capping recommendations of restreamed content accomplishes this. Maybe you are right though, it is something I will look in to, I would be very disapointed in youtube if thats the case.

Hello thank you for this video. I have used restream for about 2 years to multistream, but I only used it directly from my elgato and used the restream chat to keep up with my audience. My questions, is that, since I use streamlabs now, can I use the chat on that software to see my chat while using restream for twitch and KZbin? Also will I still get alerts and see/hear them and respond to them? 1 more, can I change it to ANY game that I stream to or is it limited to certain games? Thank you.

How do you add an Alert panel in OBS Studio? I don't mean the alert widget but the alert notification log like when you connect OBS with Twitch.

But is it advisable tho cause what id someone followed on twitch but no in youtube so youtube chat is gonna get confused and its just hard to keep your eyes on chat so that doubles or triples cause your in 2 or more platforms

When I multistreamed I found it could add 5 -10 extra seconds on certain platforms but MOST of the time it wasnt too noticeable.
