Ideally having 8 Gb's of Ram and Core i5 4th Gen can get you recording smoothly and if you want to live steam then increase the processor to 7th gen and the ram to 16 gigs. I hope this helps. I have a Ryzen CPU with 32GBs of ram but that's way overkill, A machine with the specs that I've stated above will do the job just fine.
