Thanks for the rip tip, def going to try that the next time, I too would struggle using my nail and it take so long to take it off and try and get all the residue off.

I felt like an idiot (sorry for bad language) but you find these events in peculiar times when u see your friends loading film in what might seem to be awkward however you have to look it as a reference since ppl came to that conclusion of that specific shooting style which accumulated over the course of action...I felt ashamed that I took soo long using my nails 😂. Everyone's a newbie I didn't mention it in this video but Kodak/Fujifilm is paper while Lomography is not a paper but a sticker which is much better.....both opening and closing the film...I get a heart attack when Kodak when finished starts to peel after I licked it good likenl KFC Fried 🐔

I recently bought Plaubel Makina 67 and I feel like it's a bit more difficult to load film properly than on my Fuji GW690 (especially regarding catching the film). But I probably only need more practice ;)

I actually never owned a Makina67 wish I had but I can't say much but the reel itself is same across manufacturers so it's probably highly likely the amount of friction applied to the rollers the top and bottom of the focal plane might be too great so it stops the film from advancing...as a last resort if my finger fits where the film sticks out of the reel that passes through I pull extra hard so it catches but that rarely happens
