Never load the mattress and boxspring first. Use them further in the load as bulkheads to hold everything in place.

@@DineNastyLakers Load square tiers first. Most people I've seen load can't get the load back to square after the sofa or OS tier.. Load sofas and OS on the last 1/3 of truck. That will make sure they're some of first items off and nothing's in your way when bring them into the house.

Shes a cutie... Good luck fitting more than a 2 bedroom apartment in one of those. We have had 4 bedroom homes take two 26ft trucks. Those jobs would take at least 6 pack rats consider dimensions are a foot less on all sides

I think they've improved their organization, training and sales approach since the. I'm dealing with them in 2023 and they're been wonderful. Honest, up-front, competitive with excellent customer service.

I have a very bad experience with this company, esp with the woman on the phone she was rude, then hung up on me twice. I DO NOT RECOMEND THIS COMPANY.

I've had a totally opposite experience! Everyone I spoke with was helpful, no sales gimmicks. That is in contrast to my experience with PODS. They tried to use an old "pressure sale technique" i.e. overcoming the objection. I called the sales person out on it and asked to speak to a supervisor......... I was quickly disconnected. I've learned that PACK-RAT customer service agents do not work on commission, so no high pressure sales techniques e.g. in order to get this "special" rate to have to sign up right now! Anyway, I would use PACK-RAT again!
