I feel just like a dummy. I loaded this when I first got it the summer and put my no trespassing signs up into trees and now my wife pulled the loader out and she had it upside down and I feel like a dummy cos I should have remembered it went the other way LOL. Thanks for the video!

yeah you know my staple gun by Jason 27 says it takes 3 different size staples right well if I can only get it to it to properly function with one side table how am I supposed to use a heavy duty one and it did it jams up any ideas anyone?

+Raymond Diaz, yes, the JT27 Stapler shoots three sizes of JT21 staples: 1/4-inch, 5/16-inch and 3/8-inch. From your comment, it sounds like you may be experiencing a staple jam. To clear the JT27, while squeezing the black plastic release, put the tip of a flat screwdriver into the staple exit slot and gently, but firmly, twist until the magazine pops open. Clear any jams, put in a new strip of staples and close the magazine. Does that answer your question?

Hi I just bought the JT27 and it won't shoot out stapes I have put a new set of stapes j21 and short set as well still nothing happens what's the issue with it? It seems to work fine when I press Down the handle but still nothing comes out

OK. It sounds like the JT27 may have a jam. Squeeze the black button at the back of the tool and pull back the magazine. Take a look at the staple exit point. If you see a staple in there, use a flathead screwdriver to clear it. Also take a look at the top and bottom of the magazine to see if any staples are stuck there, removing with a screwdriver if needed. Did this solve what you are describing?

To clear the JT27, while squeezing the black plastic release, put the tip of a flat screwdriver into the staple exit slot and gently, but firmly, twist until the magazine pops open. That should allow you to remove the staples. You also can try disassembling the stapler using a small screwdriver to access the front of it. I can't get my clip out. What do I do?

I loaded my stapler, stapled a couple of staples. Now it is stuck. Plunger will not pull back more than an inch. I can see the staples back under the plunger. I used a small screwdriver and was able to get some of the staples out, but the rest are stuck. Any ideas?

Hello - Are you able to fully squeeze the black clip? If so, are you keeping the clip pressed together as you pull out the staple tray? Keep the clip pinched until you hear a click. Also, double-check that your stapler is model JT27. The JT27 is similar in appearance to the JT21CM. I just purchased this model. Had no problem loading it, or closing the channel. It wouldn't staple. Now I cannot get the channel to release. The black squeeze part pulls out a little, but only about a centimeter. Anyone have any advice? Otherwise I am returning it tomorrow

Hey Haylee. Sorry to hear this. So the first thing to check is to make sure you're using JT21 staples, and not our more popular T50 staples. If you're using the right type of staples, then you may have a jam. You have to fully squeeze the black clip and keep it pressed together as you pull out the staple tray. Keep the clip pinched until you hear a click. if you ever have issues with any Arrow tool, you should contact us. Unfortunately we cannot send you a warranty replacement for a tool you threw in the garbage.
