Havnt yes start at Longview and take the backroads to castle rock along the river. There are tons of places to pull off and fish. Start with a spinner then use a spoon but don’t forget plugs. My buddy catches tons of steelhead with plugs.

Seams are my favorite place to fish. Really great overview of reading the river. Aren't steelhead just rainbow trout? 👍

Steelhead are a rainbow trout, the only difference is they go to the ocean and live there for a year to 5 years and come back big, fat and strong. their meat is also very good, better then a typical river rainbow.
