How to lock the keys on 30352 Control Unit - Carrera of America

my control unit fails to light up, it beeps when i switchit on and thats all,my blutooth will not pair to controllers and there are no lights on control unit,i have tried the reset that did not work either, i need help please,its the brand new bull and horse set,, thanks.
