You should make a video on how to convince your parents to let you get dreadlocks. You should ask DoNate to make this video because I know that his parents didn't agree whit him getting dreadlocks.

If you have to convince your parents then you're probably young. Just wait until you turn 15, 16 and they won't care
@winterbelle708

If your parents have an issue with you doing dreads, you should tell your parents that a-it's your hair and b-they don't have any right to not let you lead the life that you wanna lead, as long as you are personally safe that should be all that matters, and I know it's gonna really suck shit at first and if they don't come around to letting you do you, then you just have to not listen to them and get dreads any way.

I blunt mine & they look great but only for a few days.. especially when they get wet then they just unravel & some hair will even fall out.. but if I don't touch them & let them go they unravel & start un dreading & I definitely don't want that... anyone have any tips? I tried rubber bandding the blunted ends for weeks but they just come undone as soon as I take the bands out. I'm thinking of trying some type of glue

sometimes blunting your tips are bad tho. it doesnt let water flow through freely and it can lead to mold because of water buildup in the tips.
