How to add expenses on account payabile i don't want use vendor bill because when i use vendor bill i don't see this expense on expense list in expensee module?

While creating an expense report, you can select the journal to which you need to post the expense. If you need to set a default journal to post the expense, you can set that journal in the configuration settings of the Expense module.
