How To Log Out Of Facebook Messenger On iPhone

Let's show you how to log out of the Messenger app on your iPhone.
In this video, I walk you through how to log out of the Messenger app on your iPhone. Those there might be small differences these steps should also work for Android devices. The first thing to note is that you have to log out of the Messenger app from your Facebook app. Go to Facebook, click on the menu icon, go to Settings and Privacy, and then Settings. Under Account go to Password and Security and then you'll see all the apps you're logged in to. Click on Messenger, click on the 3 dots and click on Log Out.

I got all steps but no logout option shown in my set iphone 6+

But still I can login without any information. Actually I got new iPhone 14pro max that’s why want to logout of the account completely on my old phone which I am not able to do. I still can see everything on one click which says “continue with the same name.”

Super annoyed. I don’t have a place to log off. I’ve watched a couple videos. Can someone explain why they ever separated messaging people on Facebook from the app itself? This is ridiculous and pathetic.
