Didn't received temporary username through SMS , followed the process you said and customer care is saying that to use internet banking you must visit your branch there is no provision of receiving username through sms, I said him that it is clearly mentioned there that "you will shortly receive temporary username through sms" but he was not ready to accept this and said you have to visit branch , I tried another customer executive he also said the same thing that there is no provision of receiving username through sms.

Madam kal hi account open kiya 2 din se kit no ko password samjh ke dal raha tha kal or aaj block ho gaya din ke liye username...ab kal try karunga jo online application vala password hamne dala tha vahi dalna hai ab samajh aya thank you mam🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
