The noob colord are wrong, if you looked at the noob official outfit closely, you would see that the legs are green yellow ish and the torso is blue light, but the arms and hear color is right.

Guys too actually how too get the noob skin Just use billys body and turn it into noob skin And now go too the torsos left leg right right leg right arm and left arm unequip the billy bodys parts and now your a noob (only if you have the bacon smile and delete it) glad this helped you!
