Just a tip with MAC Face and Body it's meant to be applied with the hands with lots of friction between the hands to activate it and then when you feel it get tacky between the hands press it into your face.

have you asked your doctor about masseter hypertrophy? this is definitely why your jaw is wide, a bulky jaw muscle, I had the same issue and a little bit of botox fixed my teeth grinding and slimmed down my face a lot....its worth looking into to, for me it was life changing, i feel a lot more confident now and don't suffer as much with teeth grinding
