I’m not penicillin but I’m young and I don’t like the way makeup feels on my face or eyes. But I know a hack that works Vaseline helps grow out your eyelashes so just apply before sleep and over a few weeks there’s a difference and your lashes grow.

I’ve been looking for ways to do this without makeup and this video was so helpful! I enjoy makeup myself because it’s part of my mental health plan. But I will say what your using after you wash your face may be drying to some skin types. I use a serum to get a healthy glow and continue to boost blood flow and healthy skin renewal. And I’m gonna snag those dark circle things! When I fly I have to pay extra for my eye bags!

You are beautiful! That brush you use can harbor bacteria and is probably too rough on your skin. Yes, it can "get the blood flowing" by irritating your skin and causing redness especially when you are using it with a facial scrub. Skin is delicate and being gentle with it will pay off in the long run. ;) I also posted the comment below on another video, but wanted to put it here as well. I would ditch the products with fragrance (yes, that includes the "all natural" with essential oils). Fragrance in skincare, whether synthetic or "natural" essential oils, can cause irritation & allergies which can cause contact dermatitis & breakouts which can cause dark spots later on. Also, if you use coconut oil at all, stop. Eat it, put it on your nail beds, whatever, just don't put it on your face. It is comedogenic, which means it will clog your pores & it will break you out and it does not moisturize your skin, but rather just sits on top. You could up your skincare with just a few things; a gentle face cleanser, a retinol, a moisturizer, and a sunscreen. Make sure they are all fragrance free. Also, whatever you do to your face, also bring it down to your neck and to the backs of your hands. Nothing shows a woman's age faster than her neck and hands. I realize the big push to go "all natural" is strong, but just because something is natural, does not mean it's good to put on your face. I love avocados and I can eat them, but I can not put them on my face as I will have huge welts on my face afterwards (believe me, I've done that). And just so you know (I'm sure I'll get some backlash on this) is your entire body is comprised of chemicals, water is a chemical, the air we breath is a chemical compound. There are chemicals that are toxic and there are some that are safe. Just like there are natural products that are toxic (poison ivy/oak/sumac, some flowers & plants) and some that are not. Kenna on KZbin is a biochemist (and she is gorgeous, btw) and also loves skincare. She sheds light on a lot of irrational fears people have nowadays of chemical & parabens in skincare products. Dr Dray, who is a board certified dermatologist and is vegan, also has great info on skincare product misconceptions. CeraVe, Vanicream, Cetaphil all make good fragrance free affordable skincare products. For serums (and other products) Paula's Choice is a good line, as well as The Ordinary, Maelove, & Timeless Skin Care. Also, at 27/28, you should consider adding a retinol/retinoid to your nighttime routine to help with skin elasticity, wrinkles, acne, collagen production, & even skin tone. Retin A, or tretinoin, is a prescription retinoid that you could start with, or there are some over the counter retinols that are good too. The trick to starting a retinoid/retinol is starting low and slow; the lowest dose (esp with retin a) and start using 1 night a week. Every 1-2 weeks, increase by 1 day until you are applying it every night without irritation. Once you are applying every night without irritation, then increase the dose and gradually add it in. Retin A has been studied for 50 years. There's scientific study after study, proving it works. The difference between retin a and a retinol, is retin a (or tretinoin) is already formulated so your skin can use it right away. A retinol is a derivative of Retin A, and your skin has to go through a step or 2 converting the retinol so it can be used. Retinols still work, they just take a bit longer to do so. If you go to your dr or dermatologist and get a prescription for Retin A/tretinoin, most insurances will cover it, but if not, you can find a discount on GoodRx. It could still be pricey, but it's the best investment you could make for your skin. You must also be very diligent about using a fragrance free moisturizer to help combat the dryness and irritation. Retin A, tretinoin, & retinols should not be used while TTC, pregnant, or breastfeeding. And the most important skincare product that you could ever add is sunscreen! Most of what makes our skin show signs of aging is the SUN! Wearing an spf everyday & reapply at least once a day (depending on how much you are outside), no matter the time of year, will slow signs of aging dramatically. The sun produces 2 types of rays: UVA & UVB. The UVB rays are the rays that will burn your skin. UVA rays are the ones you can't see that penetrate deeper into the skin and AGE you. If there is visible light, then there are UVA rays. That includes sitting in your home by a window, or outside under the shade, UVA rays can still penetrate your skin. There are a ton of sunscreens out there, look for ones that are non-comedogenic & fragrance free. Dr Dray has a lot of videos reviewing sunscreens, so does Angie of HotandFlashy. Those ladies have done their research, not on just sunscreens, but skincare that works. Some other great youtube channels to watch are Mixed Makeup, Dr Davin Lim, and Gothamista (I love Renee from Gothamista, but she does use & review products that contain fragrance).

I was wondering if you could tell me the brand of eye masks you used in this video? I have severe dark circles and have tried just about everything and nothing seems to work. I also would like to know how often you use them and if you use your herbalism every day morning and night or just sometimes? I suffer from hormonal acne and have tried everything and nothing helps. Also, do you use the rosehip oil everyday morning and night? If not, how often do you use it? I have some and I've been using it at night only after I cleanse and use my toner. And i wanted to tell you that I use a toner after cleansing always and I use a rose water toner with hyaluronic acid and it's super good for your skin! I use an all natural brand and I love this stuff, added bonus is your face smells like roses!
@margaretstewart74044 жыл бұрын
Hey Rebekah, I used to deal with both dark circles and hormonal acne. I learned that it’s something inside your body saying it needs help. I could spend money and time on creams and things to try to fix it on the outside but really it’s better to fix the problem causing it. Here’s some things I have found to be helpful. Dark circles under your eyes usually signals your kidneys or adrenals need some love. Usually taking the herb Uva-ursi for kidneys or some herbs for adrenals can clear it up. The hormonal acne, for me the herb Vitex cleared mine up. Burdock is really helpful in clearing up skin issues. You can make burdock tea, take burdock capsules or add it to your diet. Burdock is a root. I buy it and add it to soups. I actually really like it. Burdock helps your kidneys, liver and skin. Just some thoughts :)
@rebekahfreshour85354 жыл бұрын
@@margaretstewart7404 do you know what herbs are good for adrenals. It's crazy you mentioned that because I've been researching & I have lots of symptoms with adrenal fatigue & have thought about asking my doctor about it because I never heard of it until about 2 months ago. I stay very tired & groggy & have no energy & have headaches & other symptoms all the time & have always wondered what's wrong with me...

Sometimes some eyelash curlers aren't right for your eye shape type. Sounds weird but it does help having the right one. I get mine right up to eye lid and hold the curler down for a good amount of time. Around 10 seconds. And another thing you could do is get clear mascara and out that on a few mins before you curl them. Once your clear mascara drys (takes around 5 mins) then I curl my lashes. Mine stayed curled for along time.

Not to be rude but skincare makes more good to skin than make up. Pls at least wash your make up off every night (if you have not done it before). Also taking care of our outward self is not bad. Amanda Yates I know. Sadly, the LGBT and the whole vegan/new age spiritualists have stolen God’s layout of how humanity should live and are taking the credit for it. In Genesis, God’s diet (as was Daniels) was to be plant based. Also, my church is big on natural remedies and cleansers. Also, found in Genesis. It’s like the devil and his agents steal God’s plan like the rainbow!! Was a promise of never to flood the world. But LGBT stole it...smh

On the contrary, when I see the close relationship these special women who have forsaken the world's vanity have with the savior, I am drawn to join them. Shaving was meant to make people money yet many will not wear makeup but will take all the hair off their bodies to look like adolescent children.also skin is cleared from the inside but yes essential oils are great I love them. You have pretty eyes and I also don't wear makeup it's kinda useless. If you have dark circles you need to nourish your adrenals not put gold under your eye. Please tell me that is not real gold . The box says 24k gold . I mean to spend money on gold for your face but not condone makeup would be insane. Lol liked the bit about smiling tho.

Maybe curling the lashes and plucking eyebrows are unnecessary. I don’t curl my hair but it is the result of always keeping it in a bun 🤷🏻♀️

It takes me less to just do my makeup🤷🏼♀️ there’s nothing wrong with it and it’s irrelevant to salvation.

Well, if you don't do at least this amout skincare then u must have terrible skin under that facade. Yes, it is irrelevant to salvation (Thank God!), but making emphasis on a good, minimal skincare makes more good to your face and soul, then make up. She just loves and acccepts what God give her. What's wrong with it? She never attacked anyone who does not. Why it hurts you?

I watched your video about when you got saved, and am wondering have you received the gift of the Holy Ghost with the initial evidence of speaking in tongues? And are you Apostolic Pentecostal?
