Kriya yog is part of spiritual life... And I don't think external beauty matters to a spiritual person.. This video is all about materialistic people (like me and many more) trying to look attractive... And if I practice Kriya yog just to look young, it will never be fruitful because the character of youth is a byproduct of spiritually but the aim is something bigger... Living a materialistic life and living a spiritual life are two extreme ends... You cannot balance both..

There are two types of respiration aerobic (in presence of oxygen) and anaerobic (without presence of oxygen) . The misconception that respiration is only aerobic is the reason why people doubt that yogis can live without breathing for hours. In reality the anaerobic respiration takes care of the body during extreme cases but it needs to be practiced in certain ways to switch on anaerobic respiration from aerobic for longer duration.

Ami ji great thoughts. 👍🏻 Always learnt while listening to you. 🫡 I have some observations to make on the topic of preserving youthful appearance. Your answer to the below observation will validate the subject. 🤔 1- You look between 40 & 45 years in age. 👌 a- If the answer is yes, then the argument or the proposition or the belief is NOT VALID. 👎 b- If your actul age is 50 or above, then the subject is VALID.👍🏻 c- If your actul age is 35 or below, then the subject is INVALID.👎 d- If your actul age is between 45 & 50 or between 35 & 40, then it is just statistical (natural) variation and cannot be attributed to validate. Subject is more likely to be INVALID. 👇 My sister is 60 and she looks 40 - 45. Her daughter is 35 who looks 35 - 40. One of them has been into yoga and and other one is pious. Challenge is to guess who is who. 🤦😀 Surely you have the right answer. Pl don't spell it out. 🤫 Intuition Vs Counter Intuition! 🤠 Jai Hind.

We at art of living are taught the best and easiest way of kriya yoga ...that is called as sudarshan kriya...and trust me it works like wonders in every aspect of ur life .... specially health related issues...must give it a try

kriya yoga is spiritual proccess designed for God realization and it works best in this proccess when done with a clean heart. If one does it for other goals they wont be able to do it for long. Its almost like trying to shoot a mosquito with a cannon. Sawdhan. Lahiri baba had cautioned the kriyawans.

One question phir jabh hum exercise karte hain toh inhalation exhalation rapid hota hai toh usse hamari limited breaths jaldi use ho jati hain toh age kum honi chahiye phir toh.. but exercise se age badhti hai ...... iska kya answer hoga Pranayaam mein breath par mostly focus karte hain and vaha par stillness jyaada rehti hai because minimalistic movement hota hai .. only focus on breath ... But when we do yoga let's say Surya namaskar or other like running, cycling usmein toh inhalation exhalation rapid hi hota hai ... Medical science bhi kehti hai ki cardiovascular exercise important hai aur proven bhi hai ki uss se age badhti hai toh phir agar we have limited breaths toh age Kum honi chahiye naa?

Yes, heart rate badhati hai for those 25-30 mins when you are exercising. But because of that, rest of the 23.5 hrs in the day your breathing slows down. Conversely if you don’t exercise, then over a period of time your body starts becoming rigid. Your heart starts beating rapidly all day…you get shallow breaths so you have to breathe more for all those 24 hrs in a day.

@VK18 Chase Actual Yog mein Surya namaskar bhot slow pace se karte hai aur ek ek aasan ko hold karte hai, toh waise dekha Jaye toh usme breathing bilkul bhi rapid nahi hoti... Proper Ujjayi Pranayam with Kumbhaka Purak aur rechak ke sath karte hai Lekin aajkal ke jamane mein actual classical Yog koi thik se nahi sikhate sab log fast pace ke piche bhagte hai just to keep yog in competitive with other forms of exercise aur iss chakkar mein hum original classical Yog ko actually kho de rahe hai... Yog koi exercise nahi hai it is a way of life... I don't know about other forms of exercise but rapid breathing heart rate aur blood circulation ko badhati hai body mein aur yes definitely age ko bhi!! Aap ek actual Yogi hai aur koi bhi other exercise karne Wale insaan ko compare Karo unke face ke upar ka Jo Tej (glow) hota hai wohi aapko answer de dega ki proper breathing patter and rapid breathing mein kya difference hai...

This is slightly misleading. Prana is not air( oxygen, nitrogen etc. ) prana is photons (little quantum pockets of light) which we get from our sun. When we breathe, the air flows in the physcial body, but the prana flows in the subtle light channeles called nadis(they run parallel to our physical nervous system) our subtle light body. These subtle light channels meet at chakras which are connected to our physical bodies through different major and minor glands. Basically, prana powers our energy and physical bodies. The blocks in the flow of prana in nadis and chakras are the underlying reason for diseases because that perticular gland is not receiving enough energy and thus organs related to that gland. Different yogic techniques are designed to manipulate this prana in perticular way to produce different outcomes.

Normal People used to live 150-300 years easily in those ancient times, i can say that for sure because my grandmother she is 95+ is still alive by the Grace of God and doesnt have any disease and living with us, she never did Yoga or any of these things mentioned in this video, although she spent her 3/4th life in village and even at this age her voice is so strong and loud like a Tigress even we dont hav voice like her

The translation of Prana to life force is not correct. Prana is subtle force which makes autonomous system work uninterruptedly in the body. Prana, Apana, savasa, etc... are subtle force. These forces are further divided into subtler forces. Oxidation process is because of prana and not the other way around.

Prana and the air that we breath in are different. Respiration happens only if prana is present in a body or only if a person is alive but not the other way around. However, respiration is not a yardstick whether a person is alive or dead. A yogi can live remaining in samadhi whatever long period not doing respiration, stopping lungs and heart if he would like to. There were incidents of yogis sitting in samadhi underground and underwater not doing respiration for very long period. Please get any expert Kriyaben from YSS or a true yogi to debate on this (if they are willing) to enlighten the mortals on this subject. You are doing a great job, Ranveer. Thank you! 🙏

I have met some people who practice Kriya Yoga and these people are very calm and composed. It seems that this lady has lot of theoretical knowledge but Kriya Yoga has not helped her to raise her consciousness'.

There is another fact which we do not know Ranveer…then the length of the day used to be 52 hrs in Satya yug and declining hence forth …hence also the length of the lifespan…ofcourse Kriya Yoga matters..but the other is also a fact which I many do not know. The length of a day is reducing…also thing like why people used to be so tall in those yugs because the moon was closer ans it’s gravitation effect… now the moon is moving away from earth already proven by the so called western science ( btw science etymology is from the word scion which only means - “to know through observation” acute observation is everything….and many other factors which we can’t even fathom Also, Prana is just one kind of vayu in the body…there are 5 kinds…Prana, vyana, udana, samana, apana…quick example udana gives the buoyancy to the body, Prana is concerned with only breathing and taking in lifetrons through oxygen, samana is the vayu which which manages your digestion etx and much more… there are things we can’t even fathom…so much to learn

I can't believe I wasted more than eleven minutes watching two people beat around the bush and not even come close to teaching anything valuable about Kriya Yoga. Funny how they only managed to talk about oxygen and carbon dioxide in multiple ways. It's like saying, "I have a brown dog. The dog I own has brown fur. My dog is the color brown. I love my pet dog, he has a beautiful brown color. That brown color dog you see is mine."

Hi Ranveer Sir, I have 1 big million dollar question..plz try to reply to it. If we inhale how does we inhale only Oxygen and after exhaling why again we will not inhale same carbon-di-oxide, how does our nose know which Air is oxygen and carbon dioxide? Plz explain in an seperate video.

Bruh 😂😂😂 , your just inhaling air mix of oxygen co2 and nitrogen . The alveoli in your lungs reacts only to oxygen . I mean it absorbs only oxygen , that's the beauty of human body. Rest is left out by exhale

Hawa is for your biological processes. Prana is your vital energy... directly your connection with spirit the cosmic principal. This is electromagnetic energy making & breaking the whole universe . You r no different from the whole. Your connection with whole vn established with awareness is real yoga. Aging can be delayed definitely delayed but body which is created has to die. Anything created not permanent. You can't win over death ...some or the other day you have to leave the body . Kriya breath ... not difficult but once you know it then your life becomes a lovely experience to live .

This is wrong info. Kriya Yogis from the book Autobiography of a Yogi - Paramhansa Yogananda, Lahiri Mahasaya, and others all died in their 60s. Also they looked as old as they were. Some mystical characters were said to remain young but there are no evidence or proof.
