I was still getting the black frame between loops but this fixed it: Edit > Purge> All Memory & Disk Cache

I followed all the stpes, I did exactly the same, even the extra frame and all, but the moment I make the loopOut() the last frame goes blank. Now, it works if then, I create another key frame before the new blank frame. Just in case it happens to you aswell

It would be SOOOOOOOO easy to add a Loop feature to After Effects. I submitted a suggestion (along with the 100s of others) Its mind-numbingly stupid how there is not a loop feature between a couple of keyframes!

How can i set different sections of loops in the same composition? Ex.: 1s to 5s (looping) 5s to 8s (nothing) 9s to 15s (looping). I use movement to indicate that the character is speaking. Change position from 256 to 292 and back in 6s. I do this every time, until it stop talking, and he talks in different parts of the animation. How can i automate it?

It sounds like the easiest way to do what you want to do is to split the layer with the animation when you want it to stop looping and then again when you want it to loop again. The first layer would last from 1s to 5s and have the animation with the loop expression. The second layer from 5s to 8s would not have the animation or expression. The third layer from 8s to 15s would have the animation and the loop expression. You'd need to make sure the animation loops in the right amount of time so that it aligns with the second, non-looping layer. Hope this helps!

@@animation-explained i was copying the keyframes. Your idea will decrease a little the work, will help. I Converted the Audio to Keyframes used a if > 0 {loop out}. It worked but somehow the keyframes are not sincronized with the audio. Now i'm trying to solve this.
