I got the Shima Shimas and the backs are too low for me... I had to send them back. Prefer Air Max 90s but agree this is the best way to lace them

I love the way they look, but whenever I try and loose lace them my shoes are either sliding off or I have a ton of extra lace. Any clue what I might be doing wrong?

Take the extra lace and put them inside the shoe
