@Xxx_taraaaaa You can do anything you want as long as you move, you can dance, run (or even just walk in the beginning), swim, ride a bike, just keep track of your calories intake, calories in and calories out, and get into a calorie deficit of 500 calories, I guarantee you'll lose weight. But I also recommend hitting the gym for even faster progress since you develop muscles which in return gives your body the nice kind of curves 😉 more muscle mass along with a calorie deficit more fat consumption. 💪

You can’t remove “stubborn belly fat”. You just remove fat equally across the whole body. And to do so, eating a healthy, balanced diet in a slight deficit along with some cardio and general training will get the desired results.

I can actually. My body is an extreme pear shape. My thigh fat has been there since i was a kid and whenever i gain weight, i gain around my belly and if lose it i lose it around my belly again. If i don't watch it i turn into a balloon. But never managed to lose weight on my legs. Everyone is different
@ESKATEUK
@ESKATEUK Жыл бұрын
@@narutarduzumaki You’ve completely taken my comment the wrong way, firstly that is the way your body works, no matter what way you lose weight, what exercises you do, you will lose fat in the same way. So when a video states “how to lose stubborn belly fat” none of what she says in that video matters, because you can’t target a specific area of your body to lose fat on. Your body stores fat in certain areas, for you it might be your legs, but I can absolutely guarantee if you are cutting, you will lose fat on your legs, you just might not notice it. I studied sports sciences and nutrition at university, it’s a passion of mine and something I know a fair amount on.

@mahamuthafathima12b19
@mahamuthafathima12b19 11 ай бұрын
@@mitsu-san1054there are some methods to overcome plateau....it happens to everyone so don't worry. 1. I would suggest you to change your regular workout session which introduces your body to a new movement and your body will go back to weight loss mode again. 2. Have a cheat meal, has it been months or so many weeks that you haven't had anything high caloric? Yeah have a cheat meal (not a cheat day but a cheat meal) this will confuse your body like a sudden electric shock and it will go back to weight loss mode. The reason is when your body have lost a certain amount of fat it will eventually reach a plateau mode meaning it thinks that the food around you is scarce so it will burn less calories for energy (like a defence mechanism). Don't do too much cardio it may leads to loss muscles. Do weight training exercises + cardio. Come to calorie deficit diet instead of doing omad, paleo (if your already following that follow only that) and decrease calories little by little everytime you lose weight.

1.Restricting calories more than necessary can lead to starvation sometimes you wanna eat a lot of calories for energy that you’re gonna burn off doing something big. 2. You should only quit excessive not quit all sugar. 3. Cardio can help but to much can just tire you out so if your doing cardio remember to take water breaks 4. Cheat days can really lead to binge days. 5. Your body requires carbs. Btw I learned all this stuff from gym and health class
@XXBattyBXX

I can attest to all, if you restrict your diet too much you often can’t handle it, and give up. And that usually happens on a cheat day. I don’t restrict anything now, I just stick to a calorie deficit and try to incorporate more protein and veggies in my diet. But everything is still on the table, it’s just portioned out, ( I do weigh food), and I will make sure I have a calorie allowance for it. 1. The sweets I do have last way longer, since I do portion sizes. 2. I no longer CRAVE it badly, because I know I can have it, I just got to be aware of how much I’m eating throughout the day, to fit in the snack/sweet/fast food (that last one was my downfall for a few years).

Here's a good way. Make sure your diet is covering all your macro, micro and essential nutrient needs. Nr1 you won't be having crazy cravings to begin with. Craving a food is usually because of lacking something. Ppl who throw up while they're drunk always crave fries or some form of potato dish like a burger and fried or kebab. Why? Because the action of throwing up is caused by emptying potassium reserves which causes one to vomit. Potatoes have a lot of potassium so that's what you'll be craving. Just like I'd you don't eat enough fat all you'll want is fatty deserts, sushi, nuts, burgers and so on... Why? Because you lack enough fat to keep your hormonal system working properly. Foods I'd recommend everyone eat every day no matter how hard you're dieting would be: Grass fed beef. It has pretty much a complete vitamin profile and is rich in omega 3 fatty acids I'd grass fed Organic eggs. Same as the red meat. Usually I like some form of cheese product like cottage cheese or Greek yogurt. Especially for women as that'll keep craving a bunch of cheese or stuff like that away. Dark chocolate or cacao powder in some form. This put sometime throughout the day will keep sugar or chocolate cravings down. Omega 3 fatty acids 3-10 grams a day or salmon or some other fatty fish 2-3 times a week. Don't diet exclusively on egg whites, chicken and white fish and vegetables. While yes you can eat more for each calorie they're not as nutrient dense and they never will be no matter how much you eat of them. When you do cheat or something like that cheat ideally by replacing your steak meal with a meal of steak just had out or your hot chocolate drink you may have with some normal chocolate. To keep hunger as in pure hunger from being in way too steep of a calorie deficit down back off the dieting. You're probably losing weight too fast. There's a big difference in hunger and cravings. Hunger is you starving for energy. Cravings are you starving for a specific nutrient.

Yeah, cheat days are bad, but 1 cheat MEAL per week is not, and also, I dont mean you should turn that meal into a calorie bomb, but simply bring your favorite food closer to your calorie goal for that day and still keeping it somewhat true to its original taste, for example junk food, remove the oily fries and mayo, and keep maybe just ketchup for the sauce, and also I do agree carbs should not be eliminated from your diet since they are good when it comes to providing you with the energy you'll need throughout the day, but if you are like me and retain water in the body, carbs actually play a huge role in it, and so my weight keeps fluctuating by 3 - 4 killos even, so I tend to keep them low for that reason, in order to not get in the way of tracking my progress.

I quited sugar from daily meals, but I have a small piece of chocolate every day because I don't want to have cheat days, I am afraid of eating too much of garbage food....

My best tip is to eat out of date meat at poorly reviewed restaurants . After obtaining food poisoning I lost a lot of body fat. Failing that increase water intake, eat clean and skip

I can only agree with carbs as it is really important for your energy to perform your daily life activities. In others she could have just stated the reason on the screen cuz here i feel like she is wrong at some places.

It's getting frustrating tbh. Been consistent for 4 years. 34. Love handles not going away. I've posted some shorts on here if you wanna see where I'm at. I do notice if I go low carbs I'll have a flatter stomach but doesn't necessarily help with performance. I know I should be patient. But today one of those days I just feel like fuck everything, what am I doing this for anyway. I train 4 to 5 days with the usual push pull legs and some weeks arnold split, calisthenics on deload. Do you think you would spot reduce if you were me?

Мне помогло уменьшить количество гарнира на тарелке и класть больше мяса и овощей, порция должна быть сытной и большой. И конечно пить много разной вкусной воды.

You can litterally lose weight doing the opposite of what she says , losing weight is temporary , 3 months without sugar and carbs is very realistic.

Avoid added sugars, Avoid refined carbs Enjoy meat, veggies And definitely have yourself a desert each night and have a cheat day. I know everybody’s different but I’ve lost 15 pounds over the past two years, which is my goal and it’s kind of easy to maintain because it’s a lifestyle, not a diet.

actually quitting sugar helps a lot, my mum quit sugar in 2023 and it changed a lot, this video is bs. all of this can help. quitting sugar is helpful for your skin, losing weight in a more 'efficient' way and more.

Actually these are something that can help you lose good amount of fat from your body. The problem is when you over do these and lose excessive weight out of obsession which i did. Now I'm planning to gai some weight. But to lose weight you need to eat in calorie deficit and do some cardio. There is no shortcut 😊
