All of this is very true and she has an excellent way of conveying it. But the one thing that I find missing, is the need to really examine yourself through therapy in order to know yourself completely. Of course many people seek validation of themselves or love through another person, but the epiphany is that this may be a repeating of an old pattern from childhood and we are trying as adults to get the need met that was not met when we were children. Just speaking from a woman's perspective, in heterosexual romantic relationships, a woman is often times trying to heal the wounds from her relationship or lack thereof with her father. Until we recognize this and therapy is usually needed in order to arrive at that epiphany, we will continue to seek to heal that wound through other people. In fact we actually may seek out people who are emotionally unavailable without realizing it just so that we can make come out different and better this time. We continue repeating the past in an effort to find healing and therapy is needed to get to an understanding of that pattern. Najwa did therapy. It is there that we really discover who we are and I wish she would speak to that more.

I do believe if you’re not self aware they’ll be people who will know you more than you know yourself in the sense that you don’t have the awareness of yourself

i really have an deep respect to you, you are one of my inspiration in this word i m telling you. i was trying hard to make my life up according to your advice and perception of this life not only but also, to improve my English's skills, because i m beginner at English. but unlikely, i fugured out that i was changing my own life to as bad as others. i realise how much i become selfish by forcing to think just on me. its true , people hurt us, but i think that when you just focus on yourself, you won't get anywhere and life also , has no important. Mills sorry to tell you that but , right now , i"ll keep just for my old life and habit. i was happy the way i was leading my life to help others and think about them. but i was thinking that every single world you already said, was the best one, . i don"t know , if its just because i really needed you accent and your english to improve my english, but im so fear from haw i was . you'll always be my favorite, i really enjoy myself when i watch your videos and hear your voice and your accent, i dont really know how to explain it because i m not yet master at english. its might be that every advice are not good from everyone . miles love and might your advice will be better to someone else. because i see that it doesn't work on me
