How to Lube Ramfill FILL Gate/Valves Centurion Boats

Is this the close and open valve? Or the fill and empty valve to bring water into the hard tanks.

This is the FILL - as the title says. They are located inside the compartment just forward of the engine. They allow water into the Ramfill tanks as you are filling the ballast. I have a separate video on the Drain valves that are located on the stern to empty the tanks. IMPORTANT: If you are in Trailer Mode (found on your ballast screen) you can manually “open” or “close” either set of valves (fill or drain) via the touchscreen. There is NO indication of when they are “open” or “closed” however- so you must be careful and that’s why they call it Trailer Mode. But if the engine is off you can hear them move. Likewise you can visually see if they are open or close by looking at the silver handles on these year of boats before they installed the smaller valves on them (newer years) that cannot be lubed like this.

Has anyone ever had to replace the motorized valve and know what the replacement is? Our valve is difficult to open/close (likely needed to have lived it sooner). But at this point the one motor isn't cycling when opening or closing on trailer mode. So likely need to replace the entire valve. 😢

If you have the older (like 2018 - like mine) and it looks like this one: amzn.to/4aEtb2O Then this is the one you need. If it’s newer and has the ball valve - then the above is NOT the one you need.
