Thank you for creating and sharing this tutorial, which works for the latest versions of Office 365. I've tried other tutorials that were hard to follow and just did not work. Your suggestion to use // is not something I would have thought to do and the F9 key is like black magic. THANK YOU!

Thank you so much! I was following other tutorials but couldn't make it work. It worked with using the "Quickparts --> field -->Include picture" method. So happy!

Is this a one time use mail merging method? I'm trying to save a word doc template that contains the mail merge linkage for future use too. I tried other methods but I wasn't able to save it for future use. My goal is to update the source excel file periodically and reprint the mail merge d with new data and images.

Thank you for the great tutorial, but I have another question, After filling the images in pages I want to email each page to the different person, but the filling process is after the F9 command, is it work the same way with sending email?

Hi, this is exactly what I was looking for. If I save my Word document though (the original, not the merged one with all the pages) it brings in random pictures and when I to finish & merge again, the format of the pictures goes crazy. Some are the size that I set and others are full size. Any idea why that's happening!?

Hello friend, Glad to help. I guess the problem is that you used finish & merge twice. I highly recommend you strictly follow our tutorial to get the correct result. Here is the detailed step-by-step guide: www.extendoffice.com/documents/excel/7074-mail-merge-images-from-excel.html Hope it works. Have a nice day. Sincerely, Mandy

what happened to the case that images do not have the same extension?
@ExtendOffice99 Жыл бұрын
Hello friend, Glad to help. Actually, it won't matter whether the images have the same extension as long as the image file path is correct. You can have a try of the method in the video. Any questions, please feel free to contact us. Have a nice day.
