According to my research the battery health can’t be maintained by such steps because whenever you use your phone from 100 to 0 it completes its one cycle. You just need to be a light user that’s it.

Exactly it’s all about usage of your phone no matter what u do if u use 1 cycle each day your health will decrease after 4-5 months by a % bcz iphone actually comes up with a battery health of 103-104 so it takes time to decrease by 1% and when it reaches 99% u will see some sudden drop in some weeks
