This is just an advertisement for Schwinn repair. The entire thing is just "clean your bike but if you have to do anything more than that bring it in."

It's a "maintenance" guide. It literally tells you what to clean and how. Grease and lube parts. Tire inflation. Brakes. Everything for maintenance is covered... I can't think of something that they would have left out of a maintenance guide that you seem to think they missed and are trying to get you to bring in it.
