Beautiful tanks, Dev. Have you tried the Tropic Marin bolus method in any of your systems? Would it eliminate the need for a calcium reactor?
@ReefDudesАй бұрын
Thank you. I have not. Calcium reactor is more about making it more affordable to dose as it would be quite expensive if fully two part
@TimNoseworthyАй бұрын
Just curious how do you dose your all for reef? All at once, twice a day or equal amounts through 24 hours. Great video 👍
@ReefDudesАй бұрын
I do equal amounts throughout the day via dosers

How do you go about getting the old water out of the brute after the water change? Can’t imagine picking the whole 30 gallon brute up and dumping it in the toilet haha
@ReefDudesАй бұрын
I use the sicce ultra Zero pump with a hose and the python hook to fill the tank with fresh water and pump the old water down the drain after

@@ReefDudes ah. Yeah makes sense 😅

Can you please tell people IF you're going to go with a 55 GALLON BRUTE, Please warn them that the stock Rubbermaid carts cannot hold the weight of that amount of water. My RO/DI AND saltwater carts collapsed and almost had a disaster on the 2nd day after filling them and mixing
@ReefDudesАй бұрын
Yikes. The carts that i have from Home Depot are pretty solid for them
@anthony8022Ай бұрын
I’ve been using the carts for years. Never had an issue.
