My lavendula plants are about 3 years old and they are separating in the centers. I’ve never trimmed them. Going to try giving them a haircut a try! Thank you!

Jeff, I have the very issue you described. I have four French lavender in a French country style garden that was designed by a professional. Although the garden looks stunning, the lavender are a lot of work. Can you suggest alternatives?
