AEHM artistry 🙋🏼 Great video! I’m also a stylist, my hair is a natural level 2-3 and loves to pull warm👎🏻. I love the Blondme line, but more so for their lightener, Keratin Restore and various toning products, not so much their shampoo/conditioner. My absolute favorite line for that is the Perfect 4 Platinum line by Pureology. The entire line is amazing for highly lifted hair, so good! But I just got something that blew my mind in just one wash...a water filter! I don’t know why it took me so long to finally get one, because we know what hard water and minerals do to the hair, but it’s been literally life changing for my hair. So if you haven’t got one, you definitely need one! I don’t use nearly as much toning product as I used to.💜

I have bleached my hair once. I used color remover on my ends that had a faded black dye. Then I went in and bleached my hair. My natural hair is blonde. I did the top 5 inches of my hair separate from the ends. The top of my hair was my natural hair and the ends where dyed. Roots lift faster because of the heat of your scalp already. My natural hair had always lifted super fast. I used to get highlights when I was a kid and my highlights would turn white within 20 mins. So I bleached my hair and obviously the black turned yellow and my roots turned white. Since I used a 30 volume developer on my ends I figured it would lift better than it did but it didn't. The toner turned out being too light for the yellow but I have lived with my hair loosely pulled up for the past 2 or 3 months. I have fine hair but I have A LOT of hair. I didn't want to damage it further so I have left it alone since it's the summer and I don't have to go to school. I have also been growing out a pixie cut. I haven't trimmed it at all. Since my hair has been pulled up it doesn't really look as bad as it is. The yellow on the ends isn't terrible but the growth of my hair looks all messed up. The front of my hair is a little past my jawline and the back is on my shoulders. I'm going to get my hair cut in a couple of days and then I'm going to use 20 volume developer with bleach and bleach my ends and the roots I have. Like I said my natural hair lifts very well and 20 vol should be enough to get the last bit of yellow out. I'm going to mix the T10 and T11 toners to get a natural silvery blonde. I'm not a trained professional but my mom was and she taught me a lot and my aunt (my mom's friend) taught me as well. So don't do what I'm doing if you don't know what you are doing. After I bleach and tone my hair I'm going to use a olaplex treatment in my hair. My hair wasn't very damaged from the first bleach and is already repaired since my hair is still so naturally oily. I just want to be on the safe side.

My stylist did NOT use a TONER she only used PURPLE SHAMPOO ugh I'm pissed off why would she be so cheap and she charged me extra at the end and claimed she used olplex which without even telling me she was going to use and CHARGE ME EXTRA UMMM WTF plus she told me the first time I got my hair done by her that she did NOT like using a Oleplex! In top of that she YES NY STYLIT was 15min late coming in with HER STARBUCKS in her hand saying didn't you get my text I was going to be late... LIKE WTF! I should have walked out when she was late with her Starbucks or at least said the F#$& if I'm paying extra for something she claimed she put in my hair WITHOUT telling me and charginv me extra at the END! IM going to try what you used my darn self! I bought myself how to do my own damn acrylic nails after being sick of not getting what I want I'm sure I can BLEACH my own hair and a plus I won't get LIED to and feel like a SUCKER!

At least a Shampoo OR conditioner that’s purple toned. Doesn’t have to be both. Without the extra toning for maintenance hair naturally starts to pull yellow again. 💜🖤💜 hope that helps!

I haven't used the COOL TONES BlondMe yet, but I didn't like how very little suds I got from the ALL BLONDES BlondMe shampoo. So I stuck with the ColorFreeze So Silver cuz it's so good! However, the BlondMe cool tones mask is amazing! I'm going to try Pravana Purple Shampoo next. I've been using the IGK Blonde shampoo and it doesn't tone AT ALL (even though its lavender color)! Just FYI! Hope this helps! 💜💜💜

Thank you! I tried the “all blondes blondme shampoo” too, although it was nourishing and smelled amazing, it didn’t do anything to the yellow. I am now using the schwarzkopf drugstore “reflex-silver shampoo” and although it tones, it makes my hair so brittle. I was considering to buy the “blondme cool tones shampoo”, but now eventually i ordered the colorfreeze one and the matrix mask from your video. I can’t wait to try the colorfreeze silver shampoo and the matrix brass off mask. This platinum purple hairstyle is quite a challenge.
