I haven’t heard of this brand before today, but I love that you help customers repair so they can reuse their pumps. I hate throwing away an entire soap bottle just because one part is broken. I love that you offer replacement filters and pumps!

Just fixed my pump, which finally gave in after around 2 years of me not doing any of this maintenance. It was SO clogged. So easy to fix and now I know how to maintain. Thanks Tirtyl for this video :)

This video is so great! My pump wasn't foaming and I was ready to throw it out and get a new one - then an email with a link to this video arrived in my email! It has taken a week to get around to watching it but as soon as I checked my pump, I found there was liquid in the air chamber. Who knew that was an air chamber? Thanks Tirtyl! One more saved one more from landfill!

I had a problem with my METHOD brand foaming soap dispenser - it stopped working when I refilled it with the METHOD gel hand wash refill that I bought separately. I eventually figured out what the problem was - the liquid in the refill container was WAY TOO CONCENTRATED. So I put in about ONE PART REFILL AND 7 PARTS WATER - now it works perfectly.

I’m going through the cleaning process now with the new style pumps. It’s the same process. Just grip the top and shoulder of the pump and pull.

Thanks to you i learned that there is this small filter inside the pump. I opened it it was clogged with soap sediment. Too bad you don't sell it in my country, so I have to do with what I got and I got air duster. I blasted the filter with air duster and with my good old bidet. It's clog free and it can pump again. But yes it's not 100% clean so it may be stuck again in a couple of months. If you can sell the filter in Indonesia it will be great.

I tried this and it worked faster and simpler: Remove the pump: Unscrew the pump mechanism from the bottle. Soak in HOT water: Submerge the pump in HOT water for 5 minutes to loosen any dried soap residue, turn it so that all air inside the pump bubbles up and it's fully immersed in water. Rinse HOT water through the nozzle: Pump water through the nozzle by repeatedly pressing the pump while it’s submerged. This can help dislodge clogs.

I bought 2 different face foam washes and both stopped working after a few days of use. It is so frustrating as half the product is wasted now, leaking and not foaming properly. I am going to try it, thanks!
