This has been the most difficult thing for me not as an athlete but as a warehouse worker who puts out as much energy as one. Having a du rag on all shift is next to impossible in 90 degree plus heat for 10 plus hrs 4 to 5 days a week

Love the videos bro. I wash my hair every day brush for 5 minutes and I’m good. Either you got it or you don’t. It’s not really that complicated.

honestly you just gotta wash and style after a workout AND MAKE SURE YOUR HAIR IS MOISTURIZE AFTER!!! also double compression works deepening length even if your not wolfing if your hair past a two guard length then ill say just add a wave cap just to keep it laid down
