Following your tips I saved 1,40,000 on my recently bought Virtus GT. Following your advice on how to get max discount on new cars, I booked Skoda slavia and virtus gt both and then bargained saying, " Mujhe skoda vaale yeh de rahe hain, VW vaale itne mein de rahe hain" and saved almost 1.5 lac from originally quated price. Even Skoda was willing to match the reduced VW price. But one bad thing happened in this story. As soon as I got delivery of the GT, I got a call from Skoda. They were willing to reduce one lakh rupees further 😢. Missed that, but still happy bcz I was a little more inclined towards VW in the first place.
