With a LM7809 and 50 or more yellow leds i can make very nice directional lights for a car or motorcycle using this cd4017 without noisy relays.

That doesn't work, there's no pulse generator. The 4017 is so old that I made a Led sequencer for my girlfriend in 1979 ! at that time there weren't blue Leds.

Я что-то не понимаю - для зарядки светодиодов... Мигающий светодиод работает вместо генератора и линейка светодиодов переключается по очереди... А при чём тут зарядка...
