If you buy an apartment for 2.5 crore that is 3 bedroom you will make 40000 monthly not 1 lakh. Plus your apartment will require maintenance because the tenet misuses the apartment. So you need to investment at least 7 to 8 crores.

It depends on the property - I know properties worth 80 lac providing 32k per month return. But for a 2.5 caror apartment - it’s is impossible that u get such returns. This equates to only 1.9% rental returns - which is low even the most expensive house with low rental yield.
