@@evanlamar2667 readymode but let me give you some context. I was using mojo and loved it. I cold called my competitors and one of the biggest competitors had their VA do the inbound calls from their website. I asked for the VAs email and hired them. I figured if my competitor already has their systems in place, why not mirror that. They are using readymode.

Did he mean to say 450 calls per day for 2-3 leads toward the end of the video? Trying to reason with how realistic that is? I thought he said between 60-70 calls per day and 3.5 hours of talk time?
@theericcline3 ай бұрын
450 calls per day is what it takes for a ‘cold caller’ to produce 2-3 leads per day. The expectation for our ‘closers’ is 60-70 calls w 3.5 hours of talk time

This is a great video! Appreciate you so much man! What is the formula to figure out what your return is for every dollar you spend? When you were breaking down for every $1 you spend in CC, yall got $10 back. How did you get that? We have 3 CC
@theericcline9 ай бұрын
Got you! Simple my man... first our CRM tracks where leads came from so once deals close we take that total number and divide it by our CC cost to get the ROI.
@christianhithe9 ай бұрын
@@theericcline ahhh so the number of deals closed? Not the assignment fees total from all those deals closed? That number gets divided by CC marketing spend? So # of deals closed/cc marketing spend

i appreciate the breakdown! your numbers don’t make sense to me though. with 80 outbound dials, let’s say 40 of them actually pick up the phone. then 37 of them say no. How do you expect to talk to 3 people for a total of 3 and a half hours? that’s not happening, there’s no reason to spend an avg of over an hour on the phone with one person in a day. that sounds like a ton of time wasted to me. MCTP, build some rapport, and get the offer out. I don’t see the need to spend more than 30 minutes per person, absolute max. I just don’t know where that KPI comes from, if you could explain it a little further for me. Does 80 outbound dials assume a 100% contact rate then?
@koplebob9 ай бұрын
you also mention 450 dials. so is the number to aim for 80, or 450? and let’s say at 450 dials, can i text blast instead and aim for 450 texts?
@theericcline9 ай бұрын
My numbers have made us $7 million in just over 2 years since entering this industry my man. Our leads are hot from cold callers and ppc who are expecting a call from us. If your KPIs and sales process is getting you better results keep doing what you're doing.
@koplebob9 ай бұрын
@@theericcline i appreciate the response, wasn't trying to challenge you homie! didn't realize your outbound dials were warm leads so thats my fault, makes much much more sense now. explains the talk time too. so as a sole operator and cold caller, your recommendation is approx. 450 cold calls/day? thats almost 9k prospects per deal, im assuming thats a number for lists like vacant/high equity, and the number for something like preforeclosures would be a lot lower right?
@marchalseth74878 ай бұрын
Don’t worry @koplebob literally the only reason I’m this deep in the comments is to clear up the 450 vs 60 calls a day thing so it was definitely unclear. Also 60 sounds like the right number for warm leads but the math on 450 a day just doesn’t make any sense… too high he just made it up since he outsources that part
@SilverTheFlame7 ай бұрын
@@marchalseth7487I agree with you. I think he misspoke at the end about shooting for 450 dials per day. He said himself that the CLOSERS (calling WARM leads) shoot for 60-70 dials per day and 3.5 hours of talk time. With cold calling you’re going to get much less talk time but can still aim for 60-80 calls per day

How often are you recycling/redialing your campaigns?
@theericcline9 ай бұрын
We put all leads into a infinite drip campaign
@thejollyredgiant57149 ай бұрын
@@theericcline What about on the cold calling side, when you start a new campaign of 10k leads you will see 2-3 leads per day (usually). But after the initial run through you start to have drop off to 1 lead per day for the first week or two and then it declines. Are your cold callers redialing those old campaigns or are you always giving them fresh data? I am in a market with 500k population and am running out of absentee owner and a few other types of data. Hopefully this made sense.
