Actually, no. Because you should spin the copper frame inside of a magnetic field. This way, you change the magnetic flux and you can produce electric (Faraday's law of induction) you must spin the copper field, so there isn't any infinite energy.

No need for such a complex technology. You can do it much more easily. Plug a 12V engine into the 12V power supply. When it starts spinning, quickly remove the plug from the socket and shortcut its ends. The electric current will then circulate inside this device making the engine work forever.
