How many turns is the primary windings, and why is the wire much bigger than the secondary windings?

@faith. The primary windings are two separate sets of 2x 9 turn coils where the start of the Np2 winding begins right at the end of the Np1 winding. This is a 24V-0-24V configuration where the voltage potential is applied to the centre (Np1 end / Np2 start) transformer studs in the middle and the outer transformer studs (the very left and right studs) on the primary side are synced to ground via the FETs in an alternating pattern. When Np1 is on, Np2 is off and when Np2 is on, Np1 is off. This produces the alternating sine wave on the secondary side of the transformer. The primary windings are larger than the secondary windings because the transformer output voltage is greater than the input AND since the amount of power remains the same (the wattage is shown to be 3KV) at least in an ideal transformer, and because of ohm's law (V=I*R), as the voltage increases, the current will decrease. This decrease in current on the secondary side means that a smaller wire diameter may be used.

With the EEb5526 core it’s maximum frequency is 250khz at max power is 3700 watt so you don’t need to use two that 7kw of power not using so max the frequency to 250kw with one for 3700watt

For secondary winding you need to use 0,80mm × 2 and total of turn is 80turn. And primary winding, need to use 1mm x5 and total of turn is 3turn CT 3turn for 12v and 4turn CT 4turn for 24v

Bad design, core does not store so much energy in transformer like in coil. 3kw can get with smaller etd49 with 3c94 material. Core is round so much shorter winding will be used. Primary shall be made from copper sheet, secondary from litz wire.
