how you are confirming that each cell have 2600mah ? since you have checked shown us checking with multimeter, just shown only each cell voltage, and that as you said 2600mah connected parallel 4 cells than it was around 10.3mah fine but you connected there 5 cells what is that 5th one is it serial connection or parallel connection if parallel that again amps what you said is wrong. it will be 2.6*5=13amps. in video you said only 10.3amps

Hi i have some LGEAS 31865 batteries salavged from my HP laptop ,I tried fixing it to my diy power bank bought from ebay , power reads in my multimerter as 3,5v and some dead cell after reviveing live to 1.2v , is not chargeing at all , could not find the fault , whether new chager rejects this cell and only accept 16850 cell ,just need to know from your experince if any ,,,,tks
